EaSY & FaST FiX!

This same thing might be happening at your house too. So you bought something a few years ago that you loved so much. Now you still love the shape but not diggin' the color too much. This is an EaSY & FaST FiX!
Excuses my gross garage please.

My all time favorite primer is.........
Kilz Original Spray Primer.
You can find it everywhere from Wal-Mart to Home Depot. It has great coverage, dries fast and works on any surface. This is one coat.

I don't know what I was thinking, but I forgot to take a picture of the painting part. It looked a lot like the primer picture though, so you probably get the idea.

Make sure the paint is really dry and then start sanding. Start light because you can always sand more off. But then again you can always put more on too so don't stress to much about that.
(I used 100 grit but anything will work)

Make sure you sand any area that you want to stand out. Even if it's just a little bit.

And whaLLah, you're  DoNE!

P.S. I found this on my counter tonight. Goose is the artist and yes I was wearing those earrings today.
However, I was NoT wearing a shirt that said CRAZY on it. I guess I know what she thinks of me now. Funny thing is I think most people would agree with her. I laughed my head off when I saw this. And I just noticed that apparently I'm cross eyed. hee hee
I love my Goose!

                                                        Hope you EnJoYed!

ThanKs for the LiNK uP LaDieS!

  1. Don't you just love making something awesome out of something that's not really pretty (aka ugly)? Saw you over at Shabby Chic Cottage. P.S. scrolled down and saw the drawer pulls at Hobby Lobby, now I want to shop too!
